Ken is the new owner of a twenty-year-old commercial plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical contracting company. Under Ken’s leadership, IMSi is now 100% veteran-owned and headquartered in Dallas. It is also now 100% E-Verify I-9 compliant with new internal systems, controls, training for improved efficiencies, and safer in-house and field operations. Under the operating principle of extreme ownership, Ken is positioning IMSi to scale its existing business in mission-critical federal, municipal, and commercial projects for new construction, remodel, service, and maintenance throughout the DFW market.

His career highlights include Vice President of Flight Operations at ComSovereign (aviation surveillance drone program), co-founder of Silicon Valley-based Foresight AI (robotics and autonomous navigation), and key roles with NASA (Airborne Science Missions and Space Shuttle Independent Assessment Team), Air Force Special Operations Command, and the Department of Homeland Security. Ken co-chaired the President’s White House Aviation Safety Subcommittee and provides expert commentary on CNN, Fox News, and ABC.
Ken represented NASA Headquarters and the ten NASA centers as NASA’s liaison in Washington D.C. working on matters of national security as it pertained to the homeland.
